Green & Grow Inc. retains Diane Pinsker as Senior Business Advisor

  • Pinsker will play a lead consulting role in GGI’s ongoing commercial activities for its Agriplier® Technology, building on compelling field trial results across multiple crops and geographies;
  • Ms. Pinsker has spent her career in the agriculture industry, including 15 years with Monsanto and almost a decade with Bayer CropScience, latterly as Vice President of NA Business Development.

Austin, Texas. October 2015: Green & Grow Inc. (GGI) is pleased to announce that it has retained Diane Pinsker as Senior Business Advisor. In this role, Diane will have a lead consulting role in developing and executing GGI’s ongoing commercial strategy in relation to its Agriplier® Technology, focusing her efforts on finding the right partner to bring Agriplier® to the market.

Diane’s industry experience will be a key asset for GGI as it builds on multiple years of compelling field trial results conducted by leading independent researchers and a range of industry partners. These trials continue to demonstrate that Agriplier® has a significant future, particularly as a seed treatment solution within the Corn and Soybean markets.

Diane Pinsker – Biography

Ms. Pinsker has spent her career in the agriculture industry, including 15 years with Monsanto in sales and marketing and almost a decade with Bayer CropScience in corporate Law and Business development. Most recently Ms. Pinsker established the Business Development function at the Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation a non-profit Agricultural Research Organization. Ms. Pinsker is also the founder of Pinsker Law Offices P.L.L.C. Ms. Pinsker’s practice focuses on Business Development, M&A transactions and Legal consulting in the Agriculture industry.

A native of St. Louis, Mo., Ms. Pinsker grew up in southern Illinois before moving to Oregon. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and an MBA with a minor in Agricultural Economics from Oregon State University. She went on to earn a law degree from Campbell University, Norman Adrian School of Law in North Carolina.

Gary Nijak Jr, CEO for Green and Grow Inc., spoke with farmers at the North Dakota State University North Central Research Extension Field Day. He discussed new biological technologies that could make a large impact on the agricultural industry.
