Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Nijak is the Chief Executive Officer of Green & Grow Inc. (GGI). Mr. Nijak’s role at GGI integrates both business development and R&D activities. In particular, he manages the internal and external research, technical and field trial activities as well as working closely with GGI’s partners and end users to successfully integrate its products into their current practices and into full commercialization.

Prior to his involvement in GGI, Mr. Nijak managed and worked on a variety of projects from initial concept all the way to market commercialization. These projects have included automated sensors, novel remediation materials and chemicals, and waste to energy conversion.

Mr. Nijak has a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) and the American Chemical Society (ACS).

Senior Business Advisor

Ms. Pinsker is Senior Business Advisor to Green & Grow Inc (GGI). Ms. Pinsker has a lead consulting role in developing and executing GGI’s ongoing commercial strategy in relation to its Agriplier® Technology, focusing her efforts on finding the right partner to bring Agriplier® to the market, and is the main contact at GGI for these commercial activities.

Ms. Pinsker has spent her career in the agriculture industry, including 15 years with Monsanto in sales and marketing and almost a decade with Bayer CropScience in corporate Law and Business development. Most recently Ms. Pinsker established the Business Development function at the Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation a non-profit Agricultural Research Organization. Ms. Pinsker is also the founder of Pinsker Law Offices P.L.L.C. Ms. Pinsker’s practice focuses on Business Development, M&A transactions and Legal consulting in the Agriculture industry.

Board of Directors

Mr. Pasquesi is a member of the GGI Board of Directors and the founder of Otter Capital. Otter has a proven track record developing leading edge agriculture and food production companies. Otter was an early and consistent investor in AgraQuest, a leading biopesticide company. In 2012, Bayer CropScience acquired AgraQuest for $425 million plus earnouts. Mr. Pasquesi previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AgraQuest.

Prior to founding Otter Capital in 2001, Mr. Pasquesi was a Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee of Hellman & Friedman LLC - a private equity investment firm. Prior to joining Hellman & Friedman in 1987, Mr. Pasquesi was associated with Golder, Thoma & Cressey - a Chicago-based private equity firm.

Mr. Prat is a member of the GGI Board of Directors. He has had an extensive career in the capital markets in both the private and public sector. He began his career at Goldman Sachs, Toronto in Derivative Sales and structuring. After spending 20 years in sales and trading Mr. Prat has developed extensive risk management and structuring skills.

Mr. Prat has an MBA in Finance from the University in Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from Queen’s University. He currently serves as the Founding and Managing Partner of Trident Merchant Partners and as CEO of Vulture Peak Gold – an Arizona based gold mining operation.

Mr. Sobba is a member of the GGI Board of Directors. Mr. Sobba has more than twenty-five years experience in a variety of public policy and leadership positions in agriculture, finance and sports. As a farmer and businessman, Mr. Sobba has a unique perspective on product expectations and the significant market opportunities for GGI and its products.

Most recently, Mr. Sobba was Chief Policy and Communications Officer for a startup financial clearinghouse in New York. Mr. Sobba was instrumental in securing the regulatory approval for the business and working closely with many large industry participants. Mr. Sobba has also worked in many public policy roles in Washington, DC, including his own consultation business, that require a seasoned skill set to accomplish policy goals in a timely fashion while building consensus with numerous parties. These include the National Cattlemens Beef Association, Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Sobba Public, LLC.
